Heading into the world of Greek Mythology is never a chore for me, but spending time with the voice of Circe was an absolute pleasure. Circe, daughter of a Sun God, is mostly known for turning lost sailors into pigs, but through this impressive novel you’ll see she is so much more. Her strong and assured voice hypnotised me within a couple of pages.​
