Shipping Information

We ship all goods via Australia Post. Once your order has been placed, contingent on availability, we will endeavour to lodge your package with Australia Post within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are based on those supplied by Australia Post and may vary according to your location. Orders for out of stock items may take longer to dispatch. Where an item is unexpectedly unavailable or delayed we will do our best contact the customer with any updates.

Once items are lodged with Australia Post we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages but we will endeavour to track packages where possible. If you have any enquiries about an order please contact us at info@marymartinbooks.com.au or (03) 9699 2292.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases with Mary Martin Bookshop are governed by Australian Consumer laws regarding returns and refunds.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you have changed your mind or bought the wrong product, we are happy to offer an exchange or a store credit where there is proof of purchase, and the product is returned in it original saleable condition within a reasonable time frame.

You can exchange your purchase in store, or return the product via registered post. Please note postage costs are to be covered by the buyer and Mary Martin Bookshop is not responsible for any returned goods lost in transit.

We are always more than happy to offer a refund or exchange where the purchased product is faulty, misbound, damaged or if the incorrect item has been sent.
