EIGHT LIVES: Susan Hurley
EIGHT LIVES
by Susan Hurley
I have often thought that medical research would make the most delicious of crime settings, and Susan Hurley has delivered. Tran is the golden boy at the top medical research institute in the country. Until he is found dead in the most extraordinary of circumstances. Why? How? Who did it? Amongst all the trappings of ethics, commercialisation and discoveries, Hurley reminds us, that at the end of the day, it is the personal that matters. Always. A remarkable debut, I enjoyed this thoroughly.
