Inspired by Harry Potter, this book is excellent in every way. Featuring SImon Snow, the ‘Chosen One’, who can barely control his magic and Baz Pitch, his sworn enemy, who’s always plotting Simon’s murder. I love Rowell’s writing as she cleverly narrates from different characters’ points of view and provides readers with raw emotions. It’s funny, heartfelt, exciting and mysterious al at once. I read it twice and it still surprises me.
