In a year where I sometimes found it hard to sit and read, I got myself out of a reading rut by choosing books that I usually wouldn't pick up. Iron Widow, a high-action sci-fi about giant transformer robots fighting an intergalactic war, was one such book and I found it very hard to put down! Perfect for fans of The Hunger Games (I recommend for all readers 15+), this tale has a kick-ass female lead on a revenge mission, and it's a wild ride, I tell you!
